The Princess Tide Experience - Luxury Amenities

This property offers ground level covered entry with keypad check-in into the six bedroom home. You'll walk into where many nights will be spent in the bonus game room relaxing on the soft bar seating, shooting pool, challenging one another in Darts, playing a cool arcade game with the Infinity Game table, or just watching sports on the 55" Flat screen. The closet holds a full size washer, dryer and ironing board. Next to it, a built in bar with extra cabinets for storage, Quartz Counter top and a beverage fridge, so no need to walk upstairs to get a frosty beverage.

So much natural light from the glass sliders really highlights this space, and invites you onto the pool deck for lounging and listening to your favorite music with the Sonos Sound system as the kids splash in the heated pool, or you relax in the spa with your beverage of choice in hand! LED lighting adds ambiance and extended hours of fun in the pool even after the sun goes down.

Additionally, on the ground floor a full bathroom is right off the game room with a tub/shower combo that also connects to the spacious Bunk room which boasts 2 pyramid bunks with a Full bed, twin bunk and twin trundle EACH. The bunk room also has a large flat screen Roku TV and HDMI cable ready to plug in your kids' favorite gaming console for lots of gaming fun and hanging out on the oversized bean bag chairs and soft bunks. Check the closet for lots of backup blankets, linens, pillows and even luggage stands.

Up the first flight of stairs you will pass the actual front door and foyer, stop to enjoy a pretty canvas of Iconic Outer Banks, then continue on to the 2nd floor where 4 bedrooms are situated. The first door to the right is the only bathroom on this level that is accessible by hallway as the others are true en-suite baths. Connecting to this full bathroom is the first King bedroom, deemed the "Palm Room" which has a lovely blend of sunset oranges and jungle greens to compliment the rustic Mango wood nightstands. Amenities in this room include nightstands with USB plugs for easy charging of electronics, a Flat screen Roku TV, and Deck access.

Next door to the Palm Room is an adorable kids room for the littles that aren't yet big enough to sleep in the big kids bunk room and want to be close to parents. Deemed the "Pineapple Room" you will find 2 low profile twin beds anchored with rattan headboards and 2 wall mounted lights for easy story time and a flat screen Roku TV for early morning cartoons. Check the closet for a Pack & Play if you need to make this room a Nursery for baby, bed rails for smaller children, and you will even some extra toys on the main floor appropriate for toddlers/little kids. Open shelving provides easy storage for clothes, toys, books to keep your kiddos organized through your trip.

Continue on to find the serene "Starfish Room" with calming hues of green, beige and white. This king master features a private en suite bathroom, larger closet, and deck access. Relax with no worries in your private room with the flat screen Roku TV, and handy USB lights on the night stands. With only 1 exterior wall, this is one of the quietest rooms in the house on stormy nights.

The final room on the 2nd floor is another King Master Suite lovingly deemed the "Turtle Room" where beautiful sea turtles dance above the stunning banana leaf headboard. An oversized watercolor painting of the sea inspires you escape and surrender to the Island life or tune into the large flat screen Roku TV. This king master features a private en suite bathroom, deck access, and ample storage in the form of open shelving to tuck away all your belongings. 

Before continuing on up the stairs to the 2nd floor there is a small linen/broom closet to the right where you can find extra necessities like a broom, Swiffer, Vacuum, extra pillow cases and blankets, etc. 

The deck on this level features sliding door access from all bedrooms and two chairs outside every door so couples in each room can enjoy the shady breeze if they like, or observe the pool deck area from the comfortable conversation set. 

Off to the right on the landing leading up to the top floor is a spacious powder room, making using the restroom convenient to folks hanging out on the top floor. 

Up the final set of stairs you are immediately greeted with a wide open concept living and dining area with wall to wall bright windows to take in the Corolla sun. To the right a large modern kitchen makes a statement with sparkling quartz countertops that flow into a waterfall edge. Brand new black stainless steel LG appliances and massive farmhouse sink make cooking and cleanup for large groups easy and efficient. Bold gray cabinets house all the dishes, utensils and tools you may need during your stay, including small appliances such as a smart Keurig, Coffee Brewer, Toaster Oven, 8qt Instant Pot, Ninja blending system and more!  

Front and center a long dining table offers seating for up to 10 anchored by a Boho Coastal bead chandelier. 6 additional seats sit at the dining side of the kitchen counter so everyone can eat together and enjoy each other's company. 

Just up a short staircase off the dining room a cozy ships watch offers a breakfast nook and beachy rattan chairs that can seat up to 7-8 more, or act as the kids table. Late night board games can be enjoyed with a view of the Currituck Lighthouse shining bright, or a quiet morning "cuppa" watching the sunrise. An Infinity game table loaded with new and nostalgic games like Solitaire, Life, Guess Who (and so many more) also makes its home in the ship's watch (though it can be moved elsewhere for enjoyment). 

A spacious living area to the left beckons tired feet with the massive 10x10 sectional down couch and large ottoman anchored by a gas fireplace and large flat screen Roku TV. Accentuating the coastal living room is a large scale collage of beachy scenes include one of the famed wild horses that roam Corolla. Additional seating in the form of 2 corner chairs and multiple poufs make this large room cozy and relaxed.

Behind the only door on the top floor the main Master King room makes its debut as the "Boat Room" featuring whimsical nautical details such as the top down view of a sailboat, Mermaids, and large blue oyster. The vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace make a statement in this grand room in addition to the large flat screen Roku TV. The private en-suite bathroom in this master features a large jetted tub & separate shower and dual sinks. 

Deck access on the top level from the living room or Master Bedroom features a large polywood dining table with benches for dining al fresco and additional Adirondack and rocking chairs to visit and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Outdoor Sonos speakers on this level allow you to tune into sports or music for a fun ambiance as you breathe in the salty air.
